Justeen is Founder & CEO of ISO Matters, a boutique consultancy specialising in the development and management of streamlined business systems.
Since relocating to Wagga Wagga in May 2017, Justeen has become an active member of the local community. She is the current Chair of the Board of Management for Sister’s Housing Enterprises and a board member of the Committee for Wagga.
Justeen holds a Diploma in Project Management, a Cert IV in Government (Contracting and Procurement), and is a Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) with the Australian Institute of Project Management.
Before venturing into entrepreneurship, she honed her leadership and project management skills as the Business Group Leader at GHD. There, she oversaw the Regional Project Delivery group for ACT & Southern NSW, coordinating teams across three economic regions. Additionally, she has a rich history of managing significant infrastructure projects at Parliament House in Canberra, reflecting her versatility and expertise in the field.
Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Justeen participated in the 2016 Inaugural 100 Women in Property initiative by the Property Council of Australia and actively contributed to the Council’s Diversity Committee. Her leadership potential was recognised through her selection for GHD’s Emerging Leaders program and the prestigious 2020 Cultivate Sponsorship program, aimed at fostering gender equality in leadership.
As a mentor with the Australian Institute of Project Management, Justeen generously shares her wealth of knowledge and experience, guiding other Project Managers towards excellence. Her volunteer work reflects her passion for “giving back” and nurturing the next generation of professionals.
A staunch advocate for community involvement, Justeen continuously seeks opportunities to contribute positively and support those around her, embodying the spirit of service and professional excellence.
