SARAH WARDMAN

Co-owner of NRMA Insurance in Wagga

Sarah is the co-owner of a number of NRMA Insurance Agencies across the Riverina & Central West NSW and the co-Franchisee of the NRMA Safer Driving School in Wagga. She has managed and led a range of individuals and teams over the past 27 years her career and worked collaboratively with Senior Managers & Executives to influence strategic direction in business. She is highly experienced working with staff, developing strategies to navigate change and maintaining staff morale.

In addition to her business achievements, Sarah is an active member of the community. She has volunteered for 17 years with the PCYC Wagga Wagga, is a regular attendee at forums aimed to improve communities, a Mentor in the Women in Business Mentoring program and a former Women in Business Wagga Wagga committee member. She is passionate about keeping communities safe, loves being a mum to her 3 sons and values her friends and colleagues.
