Sally is an International Bestselling Author, Keynote Speaker, Educator and NLP Master Coach. For over 30 years, she has been dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Her career began in education, as a foreign language teacher, and evolved into specializing in foreign language teacher training and bilingual/immersion learning program development.

Two big achievements include designing a pivotal project for the Chaoyang District Education Committee in Beijing and implementing a $25M+ Chinese immersion program for one of the world’s largest international schools, all of which have shaped her unique approach to both coaching and speaking.

After returning to Wagga to take care of her elderly father during the pandemic, Sally founded Lean In to Succeed Pty Ltd, a coaching and consulting company where she redirects her experience in working with thousands of teens from around the world, education pedagogy and the future direction of education to developing her own programs for supporting teens and parents, helping them to navigate the challenges of teenage life and education, building smoother, personalized pathways to self mastery, deeper connection, leadership and success.
