Sara Sutton is a career generalist, having worked for Commbank for 23 years across Retail Banking, Business Banking and now Human Resources.

Sara started her professional career at ground level with CBA in 2001 as a teller, and through hard work, determination and challenging the status quo, has been successful in rising through the leadership ranks.

She is now General Manager Human Resources within Business Banking at Commbank, supporting almost 6000 employees.

Sara is proudly Wagga Wagga born and bred and has purposely chosen to forge her career in a regional setting.

Sara has a simple approach to creating and maintaining high performance teams through values based leadership, radical candor and driving strong staff engagement.

Sara is married with 4 children and is a proud G’Ma to 1 grandchild.
