I'm Shannon Ghioni, founder of Ghioni [Ghee Oh Knee] Consulting, where I help tradespeople, small businesses, sole traders and developers get the support they actually need to run and grow.

I work across HR, recruitment, administration, digital marketing, web design, document creation and workflow optimisation, which means clients can come to me for one piece of the puzzle or hand over the lot.

I built Ghioni Consulting as a multi-service consultancy on purpose. Over 18 years across café ownership, retail management, HR leadership and design, I saw the same thing again and again: small business owners juggling a dozen different jobs and a dozen different people to help with them. I wanted to be the one person who could step in across all of it, so my clients spend less time chasing specialists and more time doing the work they love.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Internet Communications from Curtin University behind me, I bring a practical, human-centred approach to everything I do. I know what it's like to wear all the hats in a business, so I focus on taking real work off people's plates rather than adding to it.
