As a qualified chef, Sara has always been passionate about food, with a particular focus on seasonality, sustainability, and minimizing waste. Her commitment to reducing food wastage aligns perfectly with OzHarvest’s mission, where she plays a key role in rescuing surplus food and redistributing it to local charities, schools, and community organisations.
