I am fairly new to settling in Wagga Wagga and loving the sense of community here. 

My goal is to collaborate in creating a wellbeing ripple effect of connection, resilience and growth through our community. 

By providing affordable counselling to individuals and through small support and psychoeducational groups, individuals are empowered, become self aware,  enriched, experience growth and find purpose. More well, aware, connected and resilient people = better communities. 

I've lived experience having worn many hats including mum, ADF/Police spouse soldier, musician, teacher, to name a few,  in and around wellbeing, mental health, recovery, advocacy and counselling.
